Cold pressed
oils are unrefined oils and therefore have a greater
vitamin and mineral content than hot-pressed refined
oils. They have a broad range of use, as basis for
bath or massage oil or cream, as edible oil or for
the manufacture of engine fuel, natural pesticides
or pharmaceutical products. They are also used as
high-quality salad oil because their flavour is determined
by the used oil seed; hot-pressed oil is rather tasteless
in comparison. Oil presses are approx 20,000 AU depending
on Euro & shipping costs.
